Why Join In?

The Fundamentals of QI Methodology training will give you the essential tools to make practical changes to your practice. During the training, you can bring real-life examples of challenges in practices and tackle your problems with QI tools.

Who Can Register?

Anyone within the practice can register, whether you are a doctor, part of the clinical team, admin/receptionist or management team.

You need to attend only one session, so please pick the date that suits you best and register on Eventbrite.

Is Any Pre-Session Prep Needed?

If you are joining online then please test your camera and microphone before the session; you will need them!

EQUIP In Action Training

Are you ready to gain a deeper insight into Quality Improvement and enhance your QI superpowers by equipping your team with the methods and qualities needed to fulfil QI projects? Then join our three-day action packed EQUIP In Action training session!

There is the opportunity to either join the training in person, where you will be able to enjoy the face-to-face interaction with your peers (and tuck into free food and drink), or you can join online if more convenient for you.

You will need some basic QI knowledge to enrol into the course. However, not to worry if you don’t have this yet, or are just in need of a refresher – we also hold Fundamentals of QI Methodology training (dates and registration information can be found above), where you can first pick up/brush up basic QI tools.

Why Join?

The training, conducted by our expert coaches, will provide practical tips on how to effectively carry out and complete QI projects. You will work through real life primary care examples that which have led to improvements, which will help you to learn and use new skills to reach success in your own projects.
