Life QI is our online project management platform and is hosting all QI projects!
Life QI enables teams to have a collaborative workspace where they can update their QI projects in a structured way (from creating a project charter, editing a driver diagram, updating PDSAs, collecting data and creating SPC charts). We encourage all QI teams to use this platform as it enables members to share, work together and steal ideas from each other!
