Reception and Admin staff Signposting Training session. An interactive workshop to support practice staff in signposting
These interactive workshops are being rolled out to practice staff to support effective signposting both internally and externally. The sessions are part of a wider programme of engagement with GPs, allied health professionals and service providers.
During these sessions we will cover the following with administrative and reception staff:–
- How to signpost
- Who to signpost too
- Tips and techniques for gaining confidence in signposting
- Troubleshooting and discussion on any worries
